Industrial hemp
Fibre, seed, biomass and whole-plant agricultural offtake under Union crop rules — contracted as a commodity, not a grey-market load.
Industrial hemp as a crop. Medical cannabis as a medicine. We sit on offtake, licences, GACP/EU-GMP compliance and import files between African partner facilities and European buyers. Book a free consultation.
Tailored consultancy
We are not a generalist firm with a cannabis slide in the deck. Rehemption is built for this trade: partner facilities in Lesotho, the Congo and South Africa, a European seat in Ireland, and a practice that writes offtake, licences and movement files until the goods can legally move. You get a mandate cut to your product and destination — industrial hemp as a crop, medical cannabis as a medicine — not a menu of packages.
Where we work
Fibre, seed, biomass and whole-plant agricultural offtake under Union crop rules — contracted as a commodity, not a grey-market load.
GACP in the field, EU-GMP on the line, Qualified Person release and narcotics permits for licensed importers and pharmacy supply.
Novel food, contaminant limits and the finished-goods box. An extract is not the same legal object as the farm that grew the plant.
The file in the middle: spec, COA, contract, destination-country paperwork. African production, European purchase, lawful movement.
Our focus
Cultivar, lab and diagnostics work that supports a spec a European buyer can actually import — hemp or medical cannabis, named on the COA.
Stand up a facility, a licence path, or an offtake from a blank sheet. We map the commercial and compliance steps until the deal can run.
Operators who have to run GACP, GMP and export paperwork — not a brochure course. Training sits next to the consultancy mandate.

The practice
African farms grow it. European businesses buy it. We hold the file in the middle — hemp as agriculture, medical cannabis as medicine.

Brussels adopted the first CRCF methodologies for permanent CO₂ removals, including biochar. For hemp operators that is an offtake and classification job: feedstock, intended use, and a certification box that is not fibre, food, or medicine.
Questions & answers
Consultancy here is not a slide deck. It is sitting with you on the commercial path: which product can legally move, who can buy it, what the contract has to say, and which licences, analyses and customs steps stand between a farm and a buyer in the EU.
Richard leads that work. We map the lawful avenue for your product, structure the offtake or supply agreement, and stay with the deal until product is moving — not until a PDF has been emailed. If the answer is “this route is closed,” we say so early and look for the route that is open.
